Katie Sinclair is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. She has extensive experience navigating complex and novel legal disputes and successfully representing clients in high-stakes matters involving consumer fraud, products liability, and mass torts.

Recognized for her strong case management skills, Katie guides clients from the inception of a lawsuit through resolution, often tackling cutting-edge legal issues along the way. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, advocating for the protection of citizens’ constitutional rights.

Katie has authored several articles, with publications in Ecology Law Quarterly and the Berkeley Journal of International Law. During law school, Katie served as a mentor and advisor to her peers, working as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing, Written and Oral Advocacy, and the Environmental Law Writing Seminar.
