Chelsea Espiritu is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Chelsea’s experience includes representing employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including putative class actions and employer trainings. She also has experience representing companies in data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Chelsea also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing two young boys in their application for work authorization and adjustment of status after being granted Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
