Chris Bowman is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Project Development and Real Estate practice group.
Chris represents a broad range of clients on environmental matters, including environmental regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence, and policy development and advocacy. Chris has experience with Superfund and hazardous waste law, the redevelopment, transfer, and cleanup of contaminated property, permitting issues for major infrastructure projects, and California environmental law, including air quality and greenhouse gas regulations. Chris also represents clients on health and safety and ESG matters, including in connection with acquisitions and divestitures of a wide range of businesses.
Chris also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing environmental nonprofit organizations on regulatory advocacy efforts.
