Conor J. Prouty is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. He advises clients on a wide range of matters, including financings of traditional and renewable energy projects, venture capital transactions, investment-grade public debt offerings, and derivatives.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Conor gained extensive underwriting and loan structuring experience at Amalgamated Bank, where he served as an Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Banking and Legal Departments.
