Courtney has extensive experience defending proposed and consummated mergers and acquisitions before the US antitrust agencies. In recent years, Courtney has represented clients in transactions in the technology, biotech, healthcare, airline, retail sales, manufacturing, telecommunications, automotive, and energy industries.
