Daniel C. Tola is a Corporate Finance partner in O’Melveny’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Private Credit Group. Daniel represents alternative lenders, commercial banks, investment banks, finance companies, equity groups, hedge funds, and private companies in US and cross-border working capital facilities (cash flow and asset-based), acquisition financings, subscription line financings, and other leveraged finance transactions including leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and recapitalizations. Daniel has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers across various industry sectors, including health care, information technology, software, telecommunications, franchise, restaurants, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and fintech.
