A counsel in O’Melveny’s Corporate Group, Daniel focuses primarily on private M&A transactions with a specialization in private equity. His practice covers sponsor-led leveraged acquisitions, GP-led secondaries, divestments and co-investments. In addition, Daniel frequently advises management teams on management buy-outs, rollovers, reinvestments, and exits.

Daniel trained and qualified at a leading law firm in Sydney, Australia before moving to London. He is also qualified in New York and has practiced English law in Frankfurt, Germany.
