Danielle Feuer is an associate in O’Melveny’s New York office, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. Danielle is a versatile attorney, with experience in areas as diverse as food labeling and copyright law, and she consistently adapts to the dynamic needs of her clients. Danielle is often tapped for bet-the-company litigations, in which she appreciates the challenge of shaping underdeveloped areas of the law.

Danielle is best known for her written advocacy, routinely securing dismissals for her clients on the pleadings alone. But she is also experienced in pre-suit negotiations, getting would-be plaintiffs to stand down without the need for judicial intervention. Danielle likewise has a robust advisory practice through which she advises companies on high-stakes internal matters and helps them chart a course through unsettled legal terrain. Trained in appellate litigation, Danielle also has led the firm’s Advocacy Institute for its newest associates.
