At O’Melveny, Danielle has maintained her longstanding commitment to public service. She has an active pro bono practice, with a focus on appellate matters before the US Courts of Appeals and the US Supreme Court. In her pro bono work, Danielle has handled matters addressing immigration, educational equality, disability discrimination, and defendants’ due process rights.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Danielle served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jacqueline H. Nguyen of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Danielle graduated from Yale Law School, where she co-directed its Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic, in addition to undertaking significant other clinical work.
