Doménica Merino is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. She represents clients in a variety of litigation and internal investigations, with a focus on clients in the health care industry.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Doménica was a legal intern with the US Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions. While in law school, she served as a clinical student director for the San Francisco Affirmative Litigation Project, working in partnership with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, she also worked as a Senior Legal Assistant for the Center for Reproductive Rights.
