Emma Lux is a litigation associate with experience in trademark issues, First Amendment law, complex contract disputes, employment law, and business torts. Her clients span an array of industries, and include leaders in the entertainment, media, fashion, and insurance spaces.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on First Amendment and criminal justice issues.
Emma’s writing has been featured in the Daily Journal, the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law, The American Criminal Law Review, and the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.
