Enoch Ajayi is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office. Enoch’s practice involves intellectual property and technology as well as employment litigation and licensing. His cyber-related work includes counseling a client on potential liability for “scraping” of data under the CFAA and Breach of Contract under Terms of Use.

While in law school, Enoch worked at the NYU Center on Race, Inequality, and the Law and the AI Now Policy Institute.
