Erin Kim is a corporate counsel in O’Melveny’s Century City office. Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, venture capital/private equity sponsored investments, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Erin practiced corporate law in the New York office of an international law firm.
