Ethan Hicks is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office. He contributes to a broad range of litigation representations for clients in technology, entertainment, and other industries. His experience includes matters involving contract claims, intellectual property, and data privacy.

Ethan also engages in pro bono work related to civil rights and other issues.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Ethan was a Special Education Teacher for the Yolo County Office of Education.
