Nia Zaferis represents health care organizations in investigations and litigation. Her experience includes matters involving the False Claims Act, Medicare Risk Adjustment (MRA), and coding practices.

Nia also maintains an active pro bono practice, and recently helped obtain a not-guilty verdict for a pro bono client who spent more than four years in prison awaiting trial.
