Gabriel Olivera is a counsel in O’Melveny’s New York office and focuses on restructuring matters. He has extensive experience in financial reorganization and corporate bankruptcy-related litigation. A native of Puerto Rico, Gabriel is bilingual and has practiced law in Spanish. He is a member of the team representing the Government of Puerto Rico in its Title III proceedings.

Prior to entering private practice, Gabriel was a law clerk for the Hon. Brian K. Tester of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
