George Duncan is a transactional associate in O’Melveny’s London office, with a focus on cross-border private company corporate sales and acquisitions, as well as advising on the investor-side tax structuring of investment funds.

George’s experience also includes advising aircraft lessors in connection with financing and trading transactions and advising clients on UK and EU regulatory matters.
