Harout Dimijian represents clients in transactions involving public-private partnerships, project finance, tax-exempt financing, infrastructure, and real estate development. He also advises clients on general corporate, transactional, and governance matters.

Harout has negotiated on behalf of private developers, state agencies, underwriters, corporations, and nonprofit organizations in connection with various projects that have included complex infrastructure assets, landmark commercial buildings, universities, and museums. He has also represented project sponsors in transactions involving transportation infrastructure assets.

Harout also advises clients on pro bono matters, including the formation of non-profit organizations.

  • A public sponsor in the competitive bid process to select an operator to develop, manage, and operate a network of toll roads pursuant to a long-term concession agreement.
  • JFK Millennium Partners (JMP) in its redevelopment and long-term operation of Terminals 6 and 7 at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.
  • LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP) in its winning bid for the complete redevelopment and long-term operation of the Central Terminal Building (CTB) at New York LaGuardia Airport; total redevelopment costs exceeded US$4 billion.
  • The Academy Museum Foundation in the development and operation of the new US$400 million Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.
  • Regional Airports Improvement Corporation in the financing of airline passenger terminals at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), including the redevelopments of Terminals 1, 2, and 3.
  • Underwriters in various infrastructure financing, tax-exempt financing, and project finance and development transactions.
