Hope Blain is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office. Hope focuses on counseling health care clients with respect to inquiries and investigations by federal enforcement authorities and related litigation. Her experience includes matters involving the False Claims Act, Medicare Risk Adjustment, and coding practices.
Hope maintains an active pro bono practice involving advocacy for trafficking survivors and veterans. She also volunteers to teach mock trial to high school students in Orange County.
