James Yi Li is patent litigator proficient in a diverse range of technologies. He is an integral part of trial teams for life sciences patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act and the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act, including matters involving chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. James also has experience litigating software and consumer electronics patents in both district court and inter partes review.

James received his law degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2015. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering, summa cum laude, and a Master of Engineering in Pharmaceutical Engineering.
