Jane Wu advises US and foreign issuers and underwriters in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, debt offerings, PIPEs, and other complex capital-raising transactions. Prior to her time in-house, Jane was a partner in the Debt Finance Practice of an AmLaw 10 international firm.
