Jenn Beard is a member of the Health Care and White Collar Defense & Corporate Investigations practice groups and the Colleges & Universities industry group. As a litigator in these groups, she has substantial experience advising healthcare and higher education clients on a variety of legal issues. She provides exceptional value to her clients by spotting issues and devising strategies to help protect their interests in fast-evolving and highly regulated legal environments. Her experience includes responding to inquiries from the US Department of Justice and other federal agencies, conducting internal investigations, providing regulatory counseling, and defending False Claims Act and Civil Rights Act litigation.

Jenn also maintains an active pro bono practice. During her litigation fellowship at the Center for Reproductive Rights in 2021, Jenn developed significant knowledge and expertise about the legal issues facing providers of reproductive healthcare. She continues to advise pro bono clients in this area. She has also represented pro bono clients in a range of other areas, including multiple-plaintiff and class action civil rights cases, capital defense, eviction defense, and immigration.
