Jenn Beard is a litigator who focuses her practice on health care, white collar defense, and complex civil litigation. Her experience includes conducting internal investigations, representing clients in government investigations, defending False Claims Act litigation, and providing regulatory counseling.

Jenn also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has helped litigate a death penalty case and completed a litigation fellowship at the Center for Reproductive Rights.
