Jon Clark is an Intellectual Property & Technology litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. His practice focuses on patent litigation across a range of technologies including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer electronics. In addition to litigation, Jon assists clients with IP diligence and counseling.
Jon also actively contributes to the firm’s pro bono work related to immigration and asylum cases, veteran’s benefits, and trademark counseling.
