Josh Cayetano is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Josh’s experience spans a wide range of matters, including representing health care clients in False Claims Act litigation and advising large public entities on federal immigration regulations. In addition, he represented former federal antitrust officials as amici curiae in United States v. Google.
Josh maintains an active pro bono docket focused on immigration and civil rights appeals. He has represented clients before the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal.
Josh also serves the community as the Chair of the Police Accountability Board for the City of Berkeley. In that role, he advises the Berkeley City Council on policing policies related to data privacy and surveillance, use of force, and First Amendment activities, among others.
