Julia Gan is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. As part of her practice, Julia advises on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and the financing and development of infrastructure and real estate.

Julia also advises clients on pro bono matters, including assisting non-profit organizations with human rights issues.
