Julie Allison Weltman is an associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters and involves the representation of issuers and underwriters in a variety of SEC-registered and exempt transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and debt offerings. Julie also advises clients on corporate governance matters, public company reporting obligations and stock exchange requirements.
