Kathleen Gould is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. She has represented a wide range of clients in various industries, including financial services, financial technology, transportation, and insurance. She has assisted in litigating cases in state and federal courts across the country, and has experience handling internal investigations, white collar criminal investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
Kathleen maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing an indigent client in a criminal proceeding through the Eastern District of New York’s Criminal Justice Act Panel.
Before attending law school, Kathleen worked as a Trial Preparation Assistant at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
