O’Melveny Worldwide

Kathleen Gould is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s New York office, with experience representing clients in a variety of disputes across the financial services, financial technology, transportation, insurance, and other industries. She has litigated cases in state and federal courts across the country, and has significant experience handling internal investigations, white collar criminal investigations, and regulatory inquiries.

Kathleen also maintains an active pro bono practice, and mentors high school students through O’Melveny’s partnership with NYC Outward Bound Schools.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Kathleen received her Juris Doctor from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as Notes Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. Before attending law school, Kathleen worked as a Trial Preparation Assistant at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
