Katie Falcone is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. Katie’s practice involves a range of litigation and investigations matters, including congressional investigations before both House and Senate committees, civil investigations by the Department of Justice related to the Civil Rights Act and the False Claims Act, ERISA litigation, and health care matters.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Katie completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
