Katy (Yin Yee) Ho is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office in the Labor & Employment and White Collar Defense & Corporate Investigation groups. Katy represents clients facing civil and criminal litigation and government investigations. She has experience handling complex matters involving various legal and regulatory issues, including worker misclassification, wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, contract disputes, wrongful death, torts, products liability, the False Claims Act, government investigations, environmental regulations, antitrust law, SEC investigations, and internal whistleblower investigations. Katy excels at preparing witnesses for depositions and with managing complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Katy maintains an active pro bono practice on immigration, racial justice, and gender equality issues, including having served as lead counsel at an immigration merits hearing that resulted in asylum for her clients.
Prior to O’Melveny, Katy was a judicial law clerk in the Southern District of New York and practiced at a global law firm in Washington, D.C. handling litigation and investigation matters. Katy uses her experience to analyze and convey complex legal concepts in digestible and efficient terms for clients and courts.
