Keith Guo focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate matters. He actively works with early to late-stage technology and life sciences companies, as well as their founders and executives on venture capital and growth equity investments, convertible debt financings, and corporate governance. Keith also advises private equity firms and strategic investors in cross-border and domestic transactions including mergers, stock and asset sales and acquisitions across numerous industries.

Before joining O’Melveny, Keith was an associate in the Boston and Silicon Valley offices of an AmLaw 50 law firm.
