Kelly Kambourelis specializes in complex, commercial, and appellate litigation and represents a variety of technology, pharmaceutical, and commercial clients. She has authored briefs in multiple state and federal courts, including the US Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as in arbitration. Kelly repeatedly secures wins for her clients through her briefing on dispositive motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and discovery issues. She also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on constitutional law issues.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Kelly served as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel P. Collins of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Kelly graduated first in her class from UCLA School of Law.
