Kevin Day is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. His experience spans a range of litigation and enforcement matters, including securities, ERISA, and labor disputes and counseling.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Kevin completed judicial externships for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the US Court of Appeals and the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the US District Court.
