O’Melveny Worldwide

Kevin Togami is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office.

Kevin’s practice consists of representing public and private companies and private equity funds, advising in the realm of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, intellectual property licensing and cryptocurrency and blockchain matters. 

His experience spans a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, sports, entertainment and media.

Kevin also devotes time to pro bono matters, where he’s provided counsel in immigration matters and assisted small businesses in microlender financing and contract and policy drafting.  

Prior to O’Melveny, Kevin worked at Nike and Converse in their respective legal departments, focusing on IP licensing, collaborative partnerships, master service agreements, and strategic sports marketing efforts. Kevin also externed at an award-winning boutique intellectual property law firm in Beverly Hills, California. He recently served as a board member of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (NAPALSA). Prior to law school, Kevin worked at a premier sports marketing agency based out of Miami, Florida, which specialized in sports marketing partnerships and talent management for NFL and NBA players, as well as prominent sports media personalities. 

A graduate of the University of Miami, Kevin received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
