Kristin Alvarado is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Dallas office. Kristin’s practice focuses on technology-related matters, with particular expertise on trade secret, advertising, trademark and trade dress, and employment litigation and counseling. She provides business-oriented, creative solutions to her clients at all stages of litigation, including through trial. Her clients include leaders in the telecommunications, technology, energy, automotive, pharmacy, and education spaces. Kristin also maintains a strong pro bono practice including representing non-profit organizations in trademark registration procedures and prosecution, guiding families through guardianship proceedings in Texas state court, and helping author amicus curiae briefs.
