Kristin Alvarado is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Dallas office who represents clients in all stages of civil litigation in state court, federal court, and in arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL and AAA rules. Kristin also maintains a strong pro bono practice including representation of local women in a federal case pursuant to the International Child Abduction Remedies Act and a Tennessee man on death row.
