Kyle Grossman is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office with a focus on product liability. Kyle is experienced in the development and implementation of pretrial and trial strategies in tort cases, for which he has worked on critical briefs and assisted in the analysis of key evidence, jury instructions, and legal issues.
