Kyle Terao is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Houston office. He represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, with a focus on the energy industry.

Kyle has experience in all stages of litigation, including discovery, briefing and arguing dispositive and other critical motions, and developing case strategy, and appeals. His practice encompasses a wide-range of disputes in various industries, with a particular focus on indemnity disputes in the energy industry.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Kyle was a litigation associate in the Houston office of an international law firm.
