Landon Harris is a corporate associate based in O’Melveny’s Century City office. His practice is primarily focused in the entertainment, sports & media industry and encompasses a variety of transactions related to the development of film and television projects, licensing and acquisition of intellectual property, negotiation of talent agreements, and live event production.
Additionally, Landon advises start-up companies on emerging growth matters such as corporate formation, intellectual property assignments, equity rights grants, and early-stage financing.
Landon is active in the firm’s pro bono practice and has provided legal support to community-oriented initiatives such as a film festival for underrepresented voices in media and an education non-profit providing youth entrepreneurship programming. He is also a former William T. Coleman, Jr. Diversity Fellow.
