Laura A. Kibby is a staff attorney in O’Melveny's Washington, DC office and a member of the Litigation Department and Electronic Discovery and Retention Practice. While at O’Melveny, Laura has contributed her expertise on a variety of matters in the firm’s eDiscovery, Securities, Health Care and Intellectual Property & Technology Groups.

Laura has overseen large scale electronic discovery projects and teams in a variety of matters, including government merger and antitrust investigations, internal investigations, and multi-district litigation matters. She is proficient in a broad range of e-Discovery hosting and review tools including, Concordance, Xerox, Conduent, Ringtail, Kroll Ontrack, and Relativity.
