Lauren Casale is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office, focusing on financial services litigation and white collar criminal defense and corporate investigations. She has significant experience representing companies in civil litigation, regulatory investigations (including those brought by the CFPB, FINRA, and SEC), bankruptcy proceedings, and an international arbitration. In her practice, Lauren draws on her experience as a law clerk at the Southern District of New York. She is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono matters and serves as a member of the firm’s Summer Program Committee.
