Lauren is an associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office advising clients on federal tax aspects of corporate and partnership transactions, including federal renewable energy credits and related tax equity investments. She also has significant experience analyzing executive compensation and benefit matters for the firm’s corporate clients.

Lauren also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients on nonprofit entity formations, federal tax-exempt status applications, equity plan formation, employee handbook development, and more.

Prior to her law career, Lauren helped leading companies address compliance and technology risks as a Senior IT Auditor at the Walt Disney Company and KPMG.
