Lauren Lekey is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. Lauren represents clients in employee compensation and benefits law matters.
Lauren has also provided both litigation and corporate services to the firm’s pro-bono clients, including performing legal research on the statute of limitations of police brutality claims in Louisiana for the ACLU and drafting an equity-repurchase agreement for members of a local Los Angeles production studio.
Prior to her law career, Lauren helped leading companies identify and mitigate technology risks as a Senior IT Auditor at the Walt Disney Company and KPMG.
- Representing clients both on the buy- and sell- side of mergers and acquisitions, performing benefits diligence work by examining key executive employment agreements, incentive compensation plans, employee health and welfare plans, and more
- Providing a survey of peer compensation packages for use by top executive clients at publicly traded corporations
- Preparing stock incentive plans and award agreements
- Reviewing public filings such as 10-Ks and S-8s for compliance with Regulation S-K of the Securities Act
