Li Guo is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Her practice is focused on intellectual property and technology matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of fields, including semiconductor design and fabrication, electronic design automation (EDA) tools, multimedia streaming, video processing, computer hardware and software, telecommunications systems and standards, and computer networks. Li has experience in district court litigation, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, and Federal Circuit appeals.
Before joining O’Melveny, Li worked as a litigation associate in the Silicon Valley office of another international law firm.
Prior to attending law school, Li received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and worked as a research associate in a prominent government laboratory, where her research focused on design and fabrication of nanoscale semiconductor materials.
