Marc Feinstein has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in significant civil litigation through trial and appeal. His practice includes a wide range of disputes in court or arbitration around the country related to corporate acquisitions, contract disputes, investment fund litigation, shareholder suits, antitrust actions, defamation claims, consumer class actions, real estate litigation, receiverships, bankruptcy-related litigation, and copyright infringement claims. Marc’s clients span an array of industries, and he has obtained judgments and settlements of more than $350 million for his clients in the last five years.
Marc has a strong record winning for his clients and is a skilled advocate in the courtroom. After his examination of a key witness led the other side to surrender in the middle of trial, Marc’s client presented him with a framed book entitled, “Expert Witnesses I’ve Destroyed on the Stand.” He is recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in a survey conducted by Law & Politics Media Inc. and published in Los Angeles Magazine.
