Marc Feinstein has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in significant civil litigation through trial and appeal. His practice includes a wide range of disputes in arbitration or court around the country related to contract disputes, real estate litigation, construction matters, partnership disputes, technology license claims, fraud and fiduciary duty claims, tortious interference claims, derivative suits, bankruptcy and receivership proceedings, judgment enforcement, recognition of foreign arbitration awards and judgments in US courts, and other matters. He has successfully handled numerous arbitrations under the JAMS and AAA Rules. Marc’s clients involve both plaintiffs and defendants across an array of industries, and he has obtained judgments and settlements of more than US$350 million for his clients.
