Maria Stewart is a staff attorney in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office and a member of the Litigation Department. She manages electronic discovery for litigation and government entity investigations. Specifically, Maria strategizes and executes workflows for responsiveness and privilege document reviews, quality control prior to production, and fact development. She also leads contract attorney review teams, and implements ediscovery best practices to ensure accuracy and meet strict deadlines. 

Maria also provides pro bono legal representation in partnership with organizations including the Public Law Center’s Afghan Humanitarian Parole Project and We the Action’s Election Protection hotline.
