Martin Mayo represents early to late stage companies on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including seed to growth stage financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and general corporate matters. Martin also works with venture capital funds, assisting with their investments, fund formation and compliance matters, and affiliate fund partnerships. Previously, Martin served as general counsel for an early stage venture capital firm focused on frontier technology.
