Matthew Kaiser is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a wide range of complex business litigation, including consumer class actions, mass torts, unfair competition, and related commercial litigation. He has represented pharmaceutical companies, videogame publishers, mass media conglomerates, and an aerospace manufacturer. These clients have worked with Matthew in a range of matters including products liability, false advertising, invasion of privacy, and breach of fiduciary duty. Matthew has secured dismissal of multiple complaints in state and federal court and has helped negotiate favorable settlements for a number of clients. He has also worked on multiple trial and arbitration teams.
