- Led a major health insurer’s case team in a complex arbitration involving $180 million in claims, achieving a favorable settlement on the eve of the arbitration hearing
- Served as managing counsel in a significant ERISA class action in the Southern District of New York involving more than $100 million in potential exposure, culminating in a complete defense victory at a five-day bench trial, later upheld by the Second Circuit
- Led a significant claims dispute on behalf of a major health insurer against an aggressive hospital system, achieving a favorable settlement helping the client avoid $150 million in potential damages
