Miriam Vranderic is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Houston office. Miriam represents clients in complex commercial disputes, as well as energy and environmental matters. As part of her practice, she advises senior business leaders on probability of exposure, litigation risks, and legal strategies. She also has experience investigating incidents and commercial dealings giving rise to potential liabilities.
Miriam holds a wealth of trial experience representing Fortune Global 500 companies in cases relating to breach of contract, securities, environmental contamination, products liability, mass tort, engineering, procurement, and construction, real estate, premises liability, trade secrets, and personal injury.
