Molly B. Shuminer is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Austin office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, involving business disputes, financial industries, technology, intellectual property, and energy. She has experience defending clients in antitrust actions, conducting internal investigations, and providing regulatory advocacy in the energy sector.  

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Molly was an antitrust litigator with another global law firm.

After obtaining her law degree, Molly completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Catharina Haynes on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
